If you’re wandering around, lost, you may be concerned about where it will be safe for you to ask for directions. When you’re hunting for San Francisco car rental rates for your road trip this year, don’t add stress by worry about directions, too. Here are some hints about where it may be safe, or who you can trust to give you directions without taking your wallet.

1) The first hint is to do some research in advance while researching San Francisco car rental rates. Know the area, even just roughly. And look like you know it. Pretend nothing is wrong. The more lost you look, the more vulnerable you become to less than friendly locals. Walk around confidently and with purpose (even pretended) until you find someone to ask.

2) Ask more than one person. If all three people that you have asked have given you generally the same directions, chances are that’s the way to go. One person may be tricking you for some fun, or maybe they think they’re giving you the right way but know it so well that it’s hard to give accurate street names. While this may be a lot of work, save yourself some effort from hunting with our San Francisco car rental rates.

3) Hotel concierges are usually helpful and safe. If you drive by a hotel while lost, stop in and ask the front desk. They are usually helpful and friendly. After all, it is their job to help people with directions and around town.

4) Tourist info centers are incredibly helpful if you can find one. They are made for lost tourists and are set up with maps and directions. If you find one of these, you have hit a goldmine for help. Make note of where it is in case of future problems or directional issues.

5) Stop at a shop or restaurant and ask an employee. Because they are at work and must be professional. You won’t need to worry about intentionally false directions. You also can be guaranteed pretty much that they won’t try to mug you.

6) Some people get scared to ask strangers on the street, but they are often friendly. Ask someone that you feel comfortable enough to talk to for directions. If it makes you more comfortable, ask someone who is clearly just leaving work, or a businessman.

A Few Other Tips to Keep in Mind

It isn’t enough to just ask and hope to remember. Even if you have a good memory, you may find yourself forgetting the exact street or which way to turn. Remember these while hunting for San Francisco car rental rates.

1) Write the directions down. Even if you’re good at remembering directions, you’re in an unfamiliar place. It’s better to be safe than to end up in another situation where you have to ask for directions.

2) If you’re in a neighborhood that seems less than safe, it may be best to keep driving until you’re in a neighborhood that you’re comfortable in. Either way, in this situation businesses and shops are always the best option to ask for directions. While this may be stressful, our San Francisco car rental rates are stress-free.

3) Ask about landmarks. This is the easiest way to get directions. Locals sometimes are so used to driving that it’s habit and they forget exact street names. Landmarks help out in this situation – even if they got the street names wrong, you have a safety to help you find your way.

4) Keep your tank of gas above half. You don’t want to add the stress of having an empty tank to the stress of being lost.

Do you know whether your car rental Los Angeles has an anti-lock braking system? If you’re unsure of if your car has ABS brakes, what they do, and why these are useful, read on.

How to Tell if Your Car Rental Los Angeles Has ABS

To find out if your car has ABS, simply turn the car on. On your dashboard, the indicator lights will come on as soon as the key is turned to power up the vehicle. In these, you’ll see the ABS light. This indicator will be yellow and will have either “ABS” or “anti-lock.”

This alert light should turn off within seconds. If you notice this light stays on, or comes on at any point while you are driving your car rental Los Angeles, this means there is an issue with your anti-lock braking system. In this case, call your car rental Los Angeles company immediately to have the car looked at. This could create a dangerous situation for you in the future if the problem is not fixed.

If you are able to, read the owner’s manual or ask the agent of the company you are renting from. This will allow you to find up if the car has rear-wheel ABS, front-wheel ABS, or four-wheel ABS.

This is smart to do anyway. Having a car with ABS is an extremely handy feature, particularly in the winter or for traveling through areas that have frequent rain or other adverse weather conditions.

What Do Anti-Lock Braking Systems Do?

Anti-lock braking systems are sensors that are attached to the primary braking system of the car. These computerized sensors monitor the driving and braking conditions that you are in.

When your wheels begin to lose traction, ABS stops the wheels from locking up. ABS increases the amount of control you maintain in slippery conditions by automatically pumping the brakes for you.

When ABS kicks in, keep your foot steady on the brake pedal. Continue to press the pedal down firmly throughout the entire event. Your only other job is to make sure you continue to control the wheel in a way that will allow you to get to safety.

You may also feel a vibration or pulsation of the brake pedal, while at other times the brakes will suddenly drop beneath your foot. Sometimes a grinding, scraping, or buzzing noise may occur. This is nothing to worry about – it simply means your car rental Los Angeles’s ABS are doing their job.

It’s also best to have four-wheel anti-lock brake systems as cars with rear-wheel can allow the front wheels to lock up. This would not add much safety to the situation, as you would lose control of steering.

Test Your Car Rental Los Angeles’s ABS

Particularly for unfamiliar vehicles, it’s best to test the anti-locking braking system in your car. The best way to do this is to go into a parking lot without obstacles or other cars. Begin to drive in a straight line at a speed above 10 mph, then quickly apply the brakes.

It’s important to drive at a speed higher than 10 mph, as ABS will not activate at speeds slower than that. Make sure not to pump the brakes and practice until you get used to this. This will tell you how quickly they react and allow you to get used to ABS before an actually emergency situation arises.

Remember, though, that it is still important to leave more space behind other cars in wet or slippery conditions.

If you’re interested in taking your car down Los Angeles airport car rental down Ventura Boulevard this year, you may be interested in some information. You’ll have an experience of history and boutiques, bookshops and restaurants.

History

Ventura Boulevard runs through the San Fernando Valley as one of the oldest trails in the region. It was founded as the El Camino real – a route between Spanish missions.

This route eventually became U.S. Route 101 then Business U.S. Route 101. Now you can drive your Los Angeles airport car rental along the freeway, however.

Around the Boulevard is one of the first settled areas of the Valley, Los Encinos State Historic Park. This is because of the natural springs in the area with waters that are now collected in the Spanish guitar-shaped reservoir. This land was originally settled by the Tongva Natives. The park still includes the original 1849 nine-room De La Osa Adobe.

Just a few blocks away from Ventura Boulevard is the CBS Studio Center, that makes more sitcoms than any other film studio. This studio originated as Keystone Studios for silent movies in 1928. After the invention of sound in movies, Keystone changed into Republic Pictures. It wasn’t until 1963 that the final transition to sitcoms turned it into CBS Studio Center.

Ventura Boulevard References in Popular Culture

Ventura Boulevard has been mentioned in numerous songs, and even a band from Delhi, Indian named itself after this region. Musical mentions include Frank Zappa’s “Valley Girl,” Tom Petty’s “ Free Fallin,” John5’s “18969 Ventura Blvd,” and The Everly Brothers’ “Ventura Boulevard.”

A documentary about Michael Jackson, called Living with Michael Jackson, also mentions that “Billie Jean” was written as he traveled down the Ventura Boulevard. Take your Los Angeles airport car rental down the street that has been important musical inspiration.

Have you ever wondered where they film during street scenes in movies? If you take your Los Angeles airport car rental down Ventura Boulevard you’ll be driving on a site of street scenes from a few famous movies. These include The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Crash, and Transformers.

Ventura Boulevard also appears as The Simpsons location for their first ever live-action scene.

The video game developer Infinity Ward, developer of some of the Call of Duty games, also resides on this street. If you’re interested in video games, drive your Los Angeles airport car rental to 15821 Ventura Boulevard.

If you have a tendency for car sickness then you know that a bout of it can really ruin a day of your trip. Don’t let car sickness ruin your trip in your LA car rental this year. Here are a few tips to help you avoid it, as well as an explanation about where this nausea comes from.

What is Car Sickness?

Car, or motion, sickness is the feeling of queasiness, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, weakness, or headaches. This is caused by a disconnection between the motion experienced or viewed and the balance in the inner ear. This disconnection causes confusion in the brain, and the above symptoms are experienced. So when your eyes see a still object but your body can tell you’re moving, car sickness comes on.

It is believed that acetylcholine and dopamine, neurotransmitters in the brain, cause motion sickness. When your brain registers and gets used to the motion, car sickness will most likely ease.

How to Avoid Car Sickness in Your LA Car Rental

There are a few steps that you can take to prevent or ease car sickness while in your LA car rental.

1) Open the window. If you’re feeling car sickness, fresh air can help ease it. Scents also have an effect on nausea – sometimes making it worse, while others that are soothing can help.

2) Keep your eyes moving. If you focus on one spot for too long, the chances of getting car sickness increase.

3) Don’t shake your head or turn it from side to side. Try to keep from doing drastic, quick movements.

4) Drive if possible. If you’re the passenger of your LA car rental, try driving. As driving involves constantly moving your eyes and focusing on a task, it will help prevent the actions that lead to car sickness. If you can’t drive, try sitting in the front seat. In this spot, you have a larger view to keep your eyes roaming and it is easier to pretend you are driving.

5) Take rest stops. Not only are these good for preventing fatigue and highway hypnosis, but these also help to ease car sickness. Get out, stretch, grab a snack, and take in the fresh air. Try to make sure that your sickness is completely gone before you try to drive again.

6) Salty snacks help. Try eating something salty, like crackers, to ease your nausea. Gum helps with this as well.

7) Take a nap. Even just closing your eyes can help with car sickness. As this prevents focusing on a specific inanimate object, it alleviates the symptoms of car sickness. Sleeping through the trip in your LA car rental can be a relaxing way to prevent illness.

Try acupressure. Nausea can be eased by applying pressure to the spot between your tendons one inch below your wrist joint. There are acupressure wrist bands that can be purchased to do this for you if you are driving your LA car rental.

There are also a few snacks and techniques that can help prevent car sickness before it comes on.

Ginger mints

Ginger ale or ginger beer

Gently sniff rubbing alcohol wipes

Listen to music to distract yourself

Don’t eat chocolate or heavy meals before traveling in your LA car rental

Ginger root caplets

Fresh mint leaves

Ginger cookies

Chewable ginger candies

Hard candies, particularly peppermint, ginger, or lemon

Ginger or peppermint tea

Sugar coated ginger

Test a few of these to see which work best for you, and have a car sickness free trip in your LA car rental!

Reserve with Super Cheap Car Rentals for inexpensive LA car rental choices.

As you look into LA car rental rates, you may be curious about what there is to do in LA, other than the obvious tourist attractions. In that case, you may be interested in Wilshire Boulevard.

This Boulevard was founded by Henry Gaylord Wilshire who was involved in real estate, gold mining, and farming. He cleared a lane through his barley fields at the end of the 1800s that now includes a historic apartment building named after him called “the Gaylord,” across from the Ambassador Hotel.

Today, Wilshire Boulevard acts as the connector of five main business districts. Walk down this Boulevard, beside post-1956 skyscrapers and through the luxury boutiques scattered around Beverly Hills. While these boutiques can be pricey, you’ll save with our LA car rental rates. So indulge yourself and shop like a local.

You’ll see one of Wilshire’s oldest and tallest skyscrapers, the “One Wilshire” as well as the second-largest, Aon Center. Farther along in one of the Boulevard’s busiest districts, Century City, you will find some of Los Angeles’s historic hotels.

If you’re interested in intellectually tourism, you’ll find some of LA’s grandest museums along Wilshire Boulevard’s famous Miracle Mile. This stretch of land is in between Fairfax and Western Avenues, just west of Wilshire Boulevard’s Park Mile.

Be aware as you’re driving down Wilshire Boulevard that this area is at minimum four lanes of traffic. The largest part of the Boulevard is in central Westwood, the business district. While most of these have raise medians, pedestrians are still forced to cross more than four lanes of traffic to get to the other side of the street. Watch for pedestrians and be cautious. While pedestrians bolting across the street may be frustrating, our LA car rental rates ease the stress of planning your trip.

If you’re interesting in film history and studios, you’ll be intrigued to find Fox and MGM studios on Wilshire Boulevard’s Century City. These major film companies are located in a series of skyscrapers in the area. Next to this is the Wilshire Corridor with high-rise residential towers.

On Wilshire Boulevard you’ll also get a taste of some of the international culture of Los Angeles. Here is the central avenue for Los Angeles’s Koreatown. This is one of the densest districts in LA, matched only by Mid Wilshire. You will also come across a few of LA’s oldest buildings.

Travelling through Wilshire Boulevard may be a complicated affair. It’s a congested area for traffic as it connects the busiest regions of LA. Be warned of huge potholes as well, as certain sections of the roads along Wilshire Boulevard are infamous for these. While this may be cause for anxiety, our LA car rental rates are stress-free.

Here are a few communities you’ll come along on Wilshire Boulevard:

Downtown LA

Westlake

Koreatown

Beverly Hills

Holmby Hills

Santa Monica

There are also a few landmarks that you may be interested in researching while you hunt for LA car rental rates:

Beverly Hilton Hotel

The Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel

Wiltern Theatre

Wilshire Boulevard Temple

Hammer Museum

Beverly Hills Ritz Hotel

Los Angeles Country Club

Rodeo Drive

Wadsworth Theatre

George C. Page Museum

MacArthur Park

Los Angeles National Cemetery

La Brea Tar Bits

Canon Theatre

As you can see, there is never an end to the possibilities of activity on Wilshire Boulevard. You could be entertained for days on these streets of luxury and history.

Sometimes our clients express nervousness about taking their Los Angeles airport car rentals down one-way streets. Whether it’s because they aren’t used to these, or because they don’t know what to do if they get trapped going the wrong way, it’s a point of anxiety that we’d like to ease. If this is you, here are a few tips to remember when coming across one-way streets this year.

Just remember that our Los Angeles airport car rentals are perfect for maneuvering. With that in mind and these hints, you’ll be fine driving down any one-way street.

Why One-Way Streets?

The answer is fairly simple. Two one-way streets running opposite directions will allow a steadier traffic flow than one two-way street. This is simply to keep congestion low.

Parking Los Angeles Airport Car Rentals on One-Ways

If you need to park your car on a one-way street, look for the marked spots. It’s important to signal your intention on these streets, particularly if you need to reverse into the spot. Don’t worry – reversing into a parking space is perfectly legal. Make sure other drivers are clear of your intentions and you’re good to go!

Signage on One-Way Streets

Every one-way street will have a sign indicating that it is one-way. Make sure you are aware of street signs when you drive through Los Angeles. There may be signs saying “No Entry” at the wrong end of the street to prevent you from driving the wrong way down it.
The sign indicating that it is a one-way will have an arrow pointing ahead with the words “One Way.” Keep in mind that one-way streets sometimes become two-way streets. Be aware of signs indicating the shift to make sure you don’t experience shock – and possible sudden, surprised actions – when you see a car coming at you.

If You Get Trapped the Wrong Way

A lot of our clients who get Los Angeles airport car rentals get their fear from the idea that they will be stuck going the wrong way without a clue how to solve the issue.

The best tip? Stay calm. This is an extremely common occurrence and if you made it onto the street without ramming into another vehicle then you will be just fine. Other drivers are often understanding and patient – at least to the extent that they want to avoid putting a claim through on their insurance. They will wait for you to right the situation.

To do so, simply turn into the nearest possible exit. If there aren’t any, pull into a parking lot or area where you can turn around. This means as well that you must remain calm if you’re driving and another makes this mistake. Don’t panic and simply wait for them to fix the situation.

Lane Changes

If the one-way street has multiple lanes, trying staying in the right one. If you do need to do a lane change, remember to follow the usual steps. Just because it’s a one way without fear of oncoming traffic, this doesn’t negate the necessity of signals, checking blind spots, and overall caution.

Don’t forget that when you are turning left you must be in the left-most lane. This may feel strange at first if you’re not familiar with one-ways, but it is the safest (and legal) way of turning left.

Recent studies have shown that nearly half of drivers in North America today have encountered an instance of road rage, either as a victim or an aggressor. On one hand, it’s easy to see why – driving a California car hire through downtown LA can often feel like you’re entering a battle zone. Between the pedestrians and bicyclists, automobiles and public transit, there are plenty of opportunities for confrontation on the road.

When the situation begins to escalate, and you’re behind the wheel, be careful! Before you retaliate, consider diffusing the situation using one of the following methods:

1. Be Kind

Getting cut off in your California car hire can be frustrating, yes. However, is it really worth threatening the other driver? Resist the urge to strike back at people who have wronged you on the road. Be kind and carry on.

2. Apologize (Even if it’s Not Your Fault)

Like the previous tip, apologize is an easy way to diffuse the situation. The last thing you want to do when someone cuts you off in your California car hire is provoke them further. Instead of displaying a rude gesture, simply signal that you’re sorry. This will help you avoid further confrontation. A recent study revealed that over 85% of drivers claim that they would not have chosen to escalate the situation if they had received some sign of apology.

3. Take Down Their License Plate Number

If you’ve been the victim of a serious incident, don’t just lash out – this will only cause you future problems. Instead, take down the license plate and a description of the offending vehicle. Document any details from the incident and report them to the authorities immediately. If you’re on the road and are being badgered by a motorist, or you believe you’re being followed, drive directly to the nearest police station or a heavily populated and well-lit area.

How to Keep Your Cool

The next time you feel hot under the hood when driving your California car hire, consider the following tips for managing a stressful situation:

1. Keep Your Adrenaline Under Control

Listening to music that puts you on edge, or drinking to much coffee are just two ways to increase your irritability. Remember, the more wound up you are, the less rational you’ll be in the case of a confrontation. So turn on some positive tuns and sip on some cold water. Both will help you feel calmer.

2. Leave Yourself Plenty of Time

If you’re late, you’re more apt to want to blame someone else for your lack of preparation – it’s easier than admitting you’re the one at fault. As with anything else, plan for the unexpected and leave early.

3. Change Your Mindset

Never assume that you have the right or the ability to change another driver’s behaviour, judgements or thinking patterns. If someone cuts YOU off and then gestures rudely in your direction, they likely feel you’re the one at fault. People like that can seldom be reasoned with, and they definitely won’t change their tune if you retaliate. It’s important to note that accepting this fact doesn’t necessary mean you approve of it. At the end of the day, avoiding a potentially bad situation in your California car hire is always the best option.

There are no “winners” or “losers” in a road rage situation. So, why bother engaging? Keep your wits about you and your mind focused on your California car hire journey.

Have you ever driven to a destination without ever really processing the fact that you’re behind the wheel of your California car rental? This disconnected driving dilemma is a common side effect of highway hypnosis. Highway hypnosis is a dangerous driving hazard that occurs when someone has been driving a vehicle for an extended period of time along a stretch of highway. During the trip, the driver of the California car rental becomes unaware and unable to respond due to a semi-hypnotic mental state caused by the monotony of the journey.

If you’ve ever “zoned out” behind the wheel of your California car rental, be careful! Here are some common sense pointers to help you stay alert and avoid highway hypnosis during your next California car rental trip.

Tip #1 – Get a Good Nights Sleep

If you’re planning a long trip in your California car rental, start planning for it the night before. Turn in early to ensure that you’re fully rested before setting out. Rested drivers are more alert and responsive than their tired counterparts, making it easier to avoid obstacles and maintain increased focus.

Tips #2 – Embark on Your Journey Early

Think of your California car rental trip like a day at the office. Embarking shortly after your morning routine is a good way to make the most of your energized state. Starting a road trip later in the day, or after putting in a long day at the office is a sure fire way to encounter distractions. The later you leave, the more likely you’ll be to have things on your mind. The more things on your mind, the more likely you’ll be to zone out during your drive. If you have to head out after work, try to clear your mind and refocus on the task at hand. this is also a prime time to consider breaking your road trip into two sections, in order to avoid slipping into a hypnotic state.

Tips #3 – Chill Out

Being comfortable in your California car rental is one thing – being too comfortable could lead to highway hypnosis. If you’re feeling a little groggy or distracted during your drive, switch off the heat and crank up the AC. Turning on the air conditioning or opening the window will help keep you alert and improve your focus on the road.

Tip #4 – Crank Up the Tunes

Turning on the radio can do a lot to improve your focus and drive out any attention-stealing thoughts. While we can’t promise applause for your rendition of “Life is a Highway”, we’re pretty sure your passengers will appreciate your ability to react to road conditions.

Tip #5 – Watch Your Posture

Drivers who like to slouch are more apt to fall into a hypnotic state when driving. Slouching is a natural precursor to sleep, so sit up straight. In order to improve your posture behind the wheel, adjust the headrest and any available lumbar support to help force yourself into a better position. If your California car rental comes equipped with a seat warmer, keep it switched off. Warming up your muscles will just cause you to relax more, making it easier for you to zone out.

Highway hypnosis happens much more often than you might think. Take extra precaution before you buckle up on your California car rental.

While you’re hunting for California car rental rates and researching all that goes along with it, consider also the medications you’re taking, if any.

A lot of people don’t think of medications that have been prescribed to them as being dangerous to drive on. However, there are dangers to driving on medication.

The first thing to do is talk to your doctor. After you settle on California car rental rates, discuss the side effects with your doctor and any dangers that may be involved with driving. These should be on the bottle, as well, but it’s always safe to talk to the doctor who will be able to give you a more personalized analysis of your safety of driving on medication.

Most of the time, it is safe to be driving on medications. This is particularly true if what you’re taking doesn’t have any side effects, or if you’ve taken them hours before driving.

Remember also that if anything happens while you’re driving, such as an accident, then being on medications can cause legal issues. Some states will consider this as driving “under the influence,” depending on the medication. This will add considerable costs to your California car rental rates and expenses of travelling.

Here are some side effects you should be particularly aware of when you’re learning about medication side effects while researching California car rental rates.

Sleepiness/drowsiness

Blurred vision

Dizziness

Slowed movement/reactions

Fainting

Inability to focus or pay attention for long periods of time

Nausea and vomiting

Excitability

Some medications that require certain caution include:

Prescription anxiety medication

Certain antidepressants

Medications containing codeine

Certain cold remedies and allergy medicines

Tranquilizers and sedatives

Sleeping pills

Pain relievers

Diet pills

“Stay awake” drugs

Other medications including stimulants, such as caffeine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine as these can cause excitability or drowsiness

It’s important to check what ingredients are in the medication(s) you are taking. Also make sure to never combine medications with alcohol as this can be extremely dangerous.

If you have to drive while you’re on one of these medications, here are a few tips to prevent danger and increase your safety.

Don’t stop taking your medications without the approval of your doctor. Continue taking it at the same levels and doses. Fluctuating doses can increase side effects.

Talk to your doctor about the products you’re consuming, including prescription, OTC, and herbal products. Also make sure you’ve discussed with them the reactions or side effects you’ve experienced due to these medications. There are few things they can do if they know you will be driving for long periods of time:

Adjust the dose

Adjust the scheduled time to ingest the medicine

Add exercises or dietary program that allow you to rely on medicine less

Change the medicine you are taking to one with fewer side effects

Make sure to monitor the reactions your body has to the medicine you’re on before checking California car rental rates. If you’re aware of the fact that it makes you drowsy for the full hour after you take it, you can make sure that you don’t drive in that hour.

Carry a list of your medications and a contact card for your doctor. This will help in case of emergencies. Be sure to include product names and dosages on the medication list.

It’s always safer, too, to drive with another person if you know you’re on medication that may affect your driving.

If you’re visiting Hollywood this year, you may be worried about finding parking for your LAX car rental. Because of the busyness of LA, metered spots are not always available.

We’ve compiled a brief list of tips, locations, and hints about parking in LA so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

If you’re interested in going to Mann’s Chinese Theater, the best place to park is at Hollywood and Highland at the shopping center beside Renaissance Hollywood and the Kodak Theater. From there, it’s just a short stroll to the west and you’ll be at Mann’s. Here, you can get parking for $2 for two hours with validation by buying something from Starbucks. During the day, however, you may be better off with a metered spot for your LAX car rental.

If you’re going to the clubs, bars, and restaurants near Vine Street, your best bet is one of the many parking lots around that area. These cost $10, but they’re safer than a side street, and quicker than waiting for the club’s valet. Take down the lot’s number in case of emergency, and double check to make sure the parking lot is well staffed.

Never give your car to a cartoon character that is offering to park your LAX car rental for $15. While valets are extremely common in Hollywood, it is unlikely that these are valets.

Valets are common. If your destination has a valet service, simply leave your keys in the car, and get a ticket from the attendant. Usually parking services are $4 – $8, as well as a $2 – $5 tip. Valet parking can involve a wait, depending on the busyness of the night. Much of the time, valet parking for your LAX car rental is the easiest way to go, however.

On the streets below Sunset Boulevard, there is free parking for two hours on weekdays, excepting Mondays for street cleaning.

Here is a list of Parking Garages in Hollywood:

ArcLight Cinemas Garage: 1400 Ivar Ave and 6370 Sunset Blvd.

California Parking Services Surface Lot: 1632 N. Wilcox Ave

California Parking Services Surface Lot: 1715 Wicox Ave.

California Parking Systems Garage: 6417 Selma Ave.

California Parking Systems Surface Lot: 1749 N. Vine. St.

CBS Surface Lot: 6121 Sunset Blvd.

Classic Parking Surface Lot: 1605 N. Las Palmas Ave.

Grant Parking Surface Lot: 1526 Cassil Place

Coast Parking, Inc. Surface Lot: 1716 Whitley Ave.

Grant Parking Surface Lot: 6215 Sunset Blvd.

Hollywood Bowl Surface Lots: 2301 N. Highland Ave.

Hollywood Galaxy Shopping Center Garage: 7021 Hollywood Blvd.

Madame Tussauds Parking Garage: 6933 Hollywood Blvd.

Parking Concepts Surface Lot: 1533 N. Schrader

Space 15 Twenty Surface Lot: 6350 Selma Ave.

Pay Station at Hollywood Blvd. N. near Cahuenga Ave.

Pay Station at Hollywood Blvd. N near Hudson Ave.

Pay Station at Hollywood Blvd. N. near El Cerrito Ave.

Pay Station at Hollywood Blvd. S. near McCadden Place

Pay Station at Hollywood Blvd. S. near Vine Street

Pay Station at Hollywood Blvd. S. near Sycamore Ave.

Pay Station at Hollywood Blvd. S. near Orange Drive.

Pay Station at Hollywood Blvd. S. near LaBrea Ave.

Pay Station at Hollywood Blvd. S. near Cherokee Ave.

Make sure you carry roughly $10 at all times when driving to cover parking costs for your LAX car rental. Parking is rarely free in LA, but with studying these places you’ll be able to find great parking for your LAX car rental.
