To begin with...
Once you leave your San Francisco rental car, you start your day at The Beginning. There is Bronte, a bright red welcome dinosaur made completely of Lego bricks. Here you will also find The Big Shop where you can find souvenirs before leaving in your San Francisco rental car. In the Big Shop you will also find the biggest selection of Lego merchandise in the United States, and what you find here can be shipped anywhere in the world for you.
The nest stop is Dino Land, where you will find some of the rides and attractions. There is the Coastersaurus, which takes you on a ride around a prehistoric jungle of animated and life-sized Lego dinosaurs. There is also Dig Those Dinos, and interactive area that lets young people dig for skeletal remains of dinosaurs buried in the sand.
Exploring the world
Explore Village is the next stop, where you will venture into Africa without even getting in your San Francisco rental car. On Safari Trek, you will see life-size giraffes, zebras, lions, and other animals made of Lego. You can take the Legoland Express of glide along the Fairy Tale Brook in a leaf-shaped book. In Explore Village there is Water Works, an interactive water play area with a musical fountain. And then there is Playtown Theater where a ventriloquist does comedy for kids.
In Fun Town, kids can get their drivers license at the Volvo Driving School, then stop at Fire Town Academy for a workout and fitness test. Then you will race Lego fire trucks to a burning building. Go to skipper school to learn how to maneuver a Lego boat, then climb aboard the Sky Patrol and pilot a propeller. Finally, make a stop at the Lego Factory and see the machinery that molds, decorates, assembles, and packs Lego.
Next step back in time
Step back into the middle ages. Ride the Dragon, a scenic roller coaster that shows you what it was like to live in a castle. Next you will come to the Knight's Tournament and the Royal Joust, where you ride a Lego horse through an enchanted forest.
