Admission fees to the Orange County Zoo are $2.00 per person ages 3 years and over. And ages 2 years and under are free. But to access the zoo one must pay the entry fee for Irvine Regional Park, which is $3.00 per vehicle on weekdays and $5.00 per vehicle on weekends (Major Holidays: $7.00 to $10.00 per entry as posted). The Park is a beautiful forest almost 500 acres large, and is definitely worth the fee for your California car rental.

The Orange County Zoo is proud to be accredited by the Zoological Association of America. The current modern zoo officially opened in 1985 as the Irvine Park Zoo and has since changed its name to the Orange County Zoo.
