What does the San Francisco Mime Troupe Do?
The San Francisco does not do pantomime, instead they mimic. The group is well-known for their satire, where they can make audiences in a San Francisco rental car laugh at contemporary life. The focus of the San Francisco Mime Troupe includes solidarity, comedy, and present issues. The Mime Troupe wants working class families who are most affected by present issues to be able to see the shows, so most shows are performed for free in public parks. Since originating in 1959, the San Francisco Mime Troupe has provided guests in a San Francisco rental car with a series of melodramas, spy thrillers, musical comedies, epic histories, sitcoms, cartoon epics and many more!
