Superhero Street Fair
There's a superhero inside all of us, isn't it about time you discovered yours? The Superhero Street Fair is San Francisco's only outdoor festival dedicated to honoring extraordinary people in the Bay Area community. Hosted along the beautiful Islais Creel Promenade, the Superhero Street Fair is the only San Francisco street festival that's held right on the waterfront. Art, music, and entertainment are all part of the celebration, so don't wait. What the street fair is all about
The inaugural Superhero Street Fair was held in 2009 to commemorate Bayview community members for their contributions to local arts and area programs. This vibrant neighborhood is home to many vibrant artists, galleries, and studios, so expect to see dozens of great exhibits during your upcoming San Francisco rental car visit. During the Superhero Street Fair, San Francisco rental car travelers will enjoy exhibits, live theatre and poetry, live and electronic music, and food. There's even an awards ceremony recognizing local community members and organizations for their contributions.
Helping a great cause
A portion of the proceeds from the Superhero Street Fair are used to help benefit local organizations and award them for their outstanding achievements. Proceeds will also assist in the continual revitalization o the Bayview area. Street Fair organizers and volunteers can be seen out painting and cleaning the promenade area all year long thanks to monies donated by San Francisco rental car travelers just like you.

Visitors are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities, including a Superhero fashion show, extreme sports demos, and roaming theatre presentations. More than 5,000 people will visit the Superhero Street Fair this year ?wouldn't it be great if your local San Francisco business could connect and interact with these unique individuals? Well, now they can thanks to great vendor opportunities. It doesn't matter whether you're a local artists or small business, there's room for you at the Superhero Street Fair. Do you know a superhero that deserves to be recognized at this year's Superhero Street Festival? Now's your chance to show them you care and nominate them for a Superhero Award. Each year, the Superhero Street Festival receives hundreds of nominations praising the efforts of individuals and local organizations ?why not make one of those nominations yours?
